US Shipping begins

Hello backers,

Just a quick heads up. I've been informed that US shipping has finally begun. The games are shipping out of Orlando, Florida bu QuarterMaster Logistics. You should receive tracking information in the same email you used for Kickstarter. There are over 5,000 orders to be processed, so please be patient if you haven't received the email yet. 

I hope you enjoy the game :)

Note: the batch of EU shipments for orders that went missing/lost are also being processed this week through GamesQuest.

Quick Shipping Update + Last minute change of addresses

Hello all,

This last leg of fulfillment has felt like a slog for sure. No one likes to be the last but someone always is :(  I thank everyone for their continued patience as fulfillment continues. 

North America - From my correspondence with QML yesterday when I asked about a shipping update and change of addresses: "Until we begin, likely towards the end of the week or early next week, please continue to pass along any address updates as you have them and we'll keep them updated."

From this I would assume US shipping will commence at the end of this week or early next week. Canada's bulk shipment has been sent to Snakes and Lattes, and they will be taking care of the last leg of shipping.

At this point, if you need to update your address, please send me a Kickstarter message with your region and new address. A few of you have already sent me this information, and don't worry I already have it and will try to confirm with a reply. 

EU - It looks like most EU copies have arrived and many are still trickling in. Even if you did not get an email, it may still be arriving. Check the comments to see when people have been receiving the game per region. 

If you have not yet received your package, go ahead and send me a Kickstarter message and I will look into it. 

Replacement Parts

If your order is missing a complete SKU (a whole base game or expansion), OR is badly damaged due to packaging and postage, please contact the fulfillment company to be sent a replacement. They may ask for pictures. If your game is missing parts (a ship board, tracking cube, etc) OR a part is damaged, please fill out the replacement parts form below.  If you received extra items, GamesQuest will send you a prepaid return box.

Shipping Update + Replacement Parts

Hello Backers,

Here is the latest information on shipping:

North America - The games have not begun shipping yet. There was a slight delay in paying the invoice due to the recent national holiday. Once payment has gone through, the games should ship. For the US, I am told games will arrive before December 25th at the latest. Canada is another story. Currently there is an ongoing dispute with union workers of the Canada Post and they have stopped receiving packages from the US. I don't know the full details of the situation, but orders set for Canada may or may not be received before the end of December, depending on the dispute. I will continue to post about new developments for this region. 

EU - Games have begun shipping. According to the comments, many backers have been receiving their orders. It appears that some backers have received tracking information based on their location and final courier. If you have not yet received your package, please wait another week or so, especially if you're in a location that is further away from the UK where GamesQuest is located.

Shipping Update: Last call for EU address changes

Hello Backers,

Here is the latest information on shipping. 

North America - Addresses have been locked. The games have arrived at QuarterMaster Logistics in Florida. They have been given the addresses and been told to ship when ready. 

EU Region - The games have arrived at the GamesQuest warehouse. 

I am unlocking EU region addresses for the next 24 hours. This will be the last call for EU region address changes.

Please, if you need to update or change your address, do so before Saturday Nov. 10 at midnight. There are a handful of EU region backers who have not completed their survey and some have not included a postal code. Please log-in to Backerkit to make sure your address is up to date and good to go. Do not forget your postal code and phone number!

After Saturday, I will lock addresses and submit them to GamesQuest to be processed. 

Australia/NZ - You should have already received your game. If not, please send me a Kickstarter message. If you have already sent me a message and I have not responded, please send me another! 

Asia - You should have already received your game. If not, please send me a Kickstarter message. If you have already sent me a message and I have not responded, please send me another! 

I'm still waiting for confirmation of the bulk orders for the Asia region. They have the details but have not shipped the bulk orders yet. I've been gathering missing orders to send to VFI for replacement shipment in bulk, however, some regions that were previously Asia will have to wait for the NA shipment, as at this point, it will be safer to ship from the US.

North America Shipping Update - Last call for address changes.

Hello Backers,

This update is primarily for backers in the North American region (United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico)

I have confirmed that QuarterMaster Logistics have received the games into their warehouse. The shippers just showed up unannounced despite me having emailed them almost daily asking to be notified of progress. Thankfully, QML was able to handle the shipment on the short notice.

I am unlocking addresses for the next 48 hours. This will be the last call for NA address changes.

Please, if you need to update or change your address, do so before Friday Nov. 9. There are still 30 North American backers who have not completed their survey so please log-in to Backerkit to make sure your address is up to date and good to go.

After Friday, addresses will be locked and the orders will be processed, but not necessarily shipped. I have instructed QML to ship as soon as possible once they have the addresses, so hopefully the copies are sent out soon. I will keep you updated on exact shipping timelines.
